South Coast Flame FC

Based in the Illawarra, South Coast flame joined the NSW pyramid in 2018, entering into the State League. The team plays out of John Crehan Park in Cringila.
In their inaugural season, the team finished 9th with 22 points, 7 wins 1 draw and 14 losses with a goal difference of -7.
The club has high ambitions to compete directly with the established Wollongong Wolves and are eager to move up the pyramid, however the lucrative contracts within the IPL for players has proved a challenging roadblock to signing players, whose money would drop and travel time would greatly increase.
